Dr. Flaveé Banfield, DNP, APRN, FNP is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Dr. Banfield graduated from University of Delaware with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and went on to receive her Doctoral degree in nursing from Temple University in 2014. With over 10 years of medical experience, Dr. Banfield believes in providing genuine, compassionate, and individualized care to all patients. Born and raised in Delaware, she is passionate about restoring the health and well-being within her local community. Outside of delivering quality primary care to her patients, Dr. Banfield enjoys spending time with her wonderful husband and two children.

Dr. Jasmine Davis, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with over 14 years of experience. She blends clinical expertise with a passion for innovation, education, and advocacy. A graduate of Wilmington University (BSN) and Widener University (DNP), Dr. Davis is committed to improving patient outcomes, preventive care, and serving underserved communities. She also served in the Delaware Air National Guard’s Aeromedical Evacuation unit, providing critical care in high-stakes environments. Beyond healthcare, she offers advanced skincare treatments and medical-grade products. When she’s not elevating healthcare standards, Dr. Davis enjoys quality family time, cherishing moments with her loving husband and two children.
Clinical Office Coordinator
Eva Jefferson is a dedicated Clinical Office Coordinator with nearly a decade of experience in the medical field, beginning her career in 2016. She earned her Medical Assistant certification from Harris School of Business and has since developed strong clinical and administrative expertise that supports both patient care and office operations. Known for her exceptional phlebotomy skills and compassionate approach to patient care, Eva has played a vital role at Advanced Family Care for the past three years, ensuring each patient feels comfortable, supported, and well cared for throughout their visit.
